The use of heat treatment power sources giving a secondary output voltage of 80V is common in North America. Thermal Hire therefore offers a range of standard ceramic pad heaters for use with 80V equipment.
All of the heaters deliver a current of approximately 45A. Secondary cable lengths should be minimised to limit the reduction of secondary voltage at the heater. The flexible design of these heaters means they can be easily secured to components using banding (recommended) or other suitable means.
